What we do

Estate Organizers specialize in handling personal, tangible property during the process of settling an estate. We support the professionals, individuals, and families involved to ensure things go as smoothly as possible.

Estate Administration Support

  • Opening, sorting, and managing decedent’s mail

  • Locating existing or creating new filing systems

  • Examining paperwork to identify accounts, securities, stock holdings, real estate, safe deposit boxes, wills or trust documents, and other relevant records

  • Assistance to legal counsel in preparing paperwork for 706 forms

  • Locating specified items for distribution according to the decedent’s wishes

  • Inventory of personal tangible property items and donated items

  • Coordination with appraisers, liquidators, charities, and consignment shops

  • Placement of orphaned pets

  • Communications with heirs and accompaniment to coroner’s office, funeral homes, legal counsel, or animal shelters
